Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade question

It's been a while since I was on this forum, but I have a question that I think only here I can find the answer. Plain and simple: was the VGA version of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade ever been released in a big box version? I have a big box version, but it's only EGA / CGA. I also have the Paradise / bag version with the big floppy disks and this is the VGA version. So I was wondering if there is a big box version out there (for PC, not the FM-Towns version) that has the VGA version?

There are five VGA releases. I thought there were only four VGA (dark blue sticker) releases, two VGA only (light blue) (one with 3.5 inch and one with 5.25 inch) and two VGA releases (with 5.25 + 3.5 inch and one with 3.5 inch). But there is another 5.25 VGA release, which has "640K RAM" on the side instead of "VGA required" and not the "425804" number on the front.

Thanks for the info... I have the first one (354204-T) and it contains 3 x 3.5 disks (354202, 354222, 354232) and 6 x 5.25 disks (354002, 354022, 354032, 354033, 354043, 3540353 and 3540363). Never checked the label on the box... Can you tell me if this content is correct? If so, I guess the 3.5 disks contain only the CGA and EGA version, and the VGA version is on the 5.25 disks?

Mmm, I checked the 5.25 disks and these also only have CGA and EGA... Strange. Seems I bough a copy of the game on eBay where the disks don't match the outer box :-(. The box tells there are both 3.5 and 5.25 disks, and this is correct, but it also mentions VGA, while the disks don't contain the VGA version...

I also noticed that the Paradise VGA version doesn't have an initial copy protection, while the version from the big box does have this (where you need to use the translation table). Does the VGA version in the big box also have copy protection?

To my understanding, only boxes that state "VGA only" contain the VGA version of the game. The other boxes that indicate VGA, indicate it because the EGA version also works with VGA compatible hardware. So to me it's that way :
  1. CGA, EGA, VGA = EGA version of the game
  2. VGA only = VGA version of the game
